We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Landscape Shop Salesman to manage day-to-day sales activities in a landscape or garden retail shop. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of landscaping materials, plants, irrigation items, and outdoor accessories, and be capable of assisting customers with product selection while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting landscaping products such as plants, soil, fertilizers, irrigation materials, garden tools, lighting, and accessories
• Provide basic technical guidance on product usage, maintenance, and suitability
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes as per customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer orders
• Coordinate with the storekeeper and procurement team to ensure stock availability
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and payments
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the shop
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Support outdoor sales and site-related material inquiries when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a salesman in a landscape shop, nursery, garden center, or related field
• Good knowledge of landscaping materials, plants, irrigation systems, and garden products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing software, email)
• Ability to prepare quotations and invoices independently
• Customer-focused attitude with good negotiation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours if required
• UAE experience preferred

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or training in landscaping or horticulture is an added advantage

Language Skills

• English required
• Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
