Landscape & Snowplow Manager Position Summary
This position serves as a critical leadership role in the management and delivery of high-quality landscaping, snow removal, and de-icing services. This role provides day-to-day leadership for all assigned landscape, snowplow and equipment operating crews, and is responsible for ensuring all assigned jobs are on track. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of landscape and snow contract job portfolios and models behavior that drives a high performing team.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct reporting management and leadership for crews, crew leads, and sub-contractors in alignment with company core values.
- Ensure workplace safety is a top priority and serve as a role model for workplace safety.
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
- Provide in-field support, mentorship, training, and work direction to crews.
- Ensure the team has the resources and tools needed to complete their projects.
- Offer performance feedback to employees.
- Meet timelines and quality standards for all deliverables.
- Manage tool and equipment needs and operation.
- Oversee strategy and procurement considerations for local branch logistics.
- Complete final inspection/walk-through of all assigned jobs.
- Demonstrate leadership skills that drive a high performing team.
- Provide updates and communication with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Be proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology for daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with team members and company leadership.
- Demonstrate timely and effective communication—verbal, non-verbal, and written.
- Make high quality decisions in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment.
- Lead interviewing efforts for open positions.
- Collaborate with HR to hire, onboard, and ensure training plans for new team members are in place.
- Meet one-on-one with all direct reports.
- Provide updates on assigned job portfolio to branch and operational leaders.
- Take lead on creating routes for summer and winter crews.
- Complete performance reviews for all direct reporting team members.
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of landscape and/or commercial snow experience
- 1+ years of hardscape installation experience as a crew lead
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Written landscape and language proficiency in preferred language
- Technical proficiency in use of technology related to the position
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- CDL – Class A license
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
