Landscape Technician

Job Title: Landscape Crew Member / Field Technician

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure our clients' landscapes look their absolute best. Duties include:

• Turf Maintenance: Professional lawn mowing and precise weed wacking/string trimming.
• Property Detailing: Trimming and pruning shrubs and hedges.
• Installation: Spreading mulch, laying topsoil, and applying grass seed.
• Planting: Proper installation of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Seasonal Maintenance: Executing thorough spring and fall property clean-ups (leaf removal, debris clearing, etc.).

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required for someone with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to operate (or learn to operate) commercial lawn equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop/job sites.
