Your Experience:

• One year or more of landscape experience is required
• Landscape installation experience is preferred
• Knowledge of plant material and identification is a plus

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift, Monday thru Thursdays. Some Fridays required if needed due to schedule or weather.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gainesville, FL 32608: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid & Clean Driver's License

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Supervise and train junior staff in landscaping techniques and safety practices.
• Identify and care for various plant species, ensuring their health and growth.
• Manage irrigation systems to optimize water usage and promote sustainability.
• Collaborate with construction teams on landscape design and implementation projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
