Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients’ properties through landscaping, lawn care, and various outdoor projects. Your hands-on skills and positive attitude will help ensure our properties look their best year-round.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping at luxury vacation homes and common areas
• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Planting seasonal flowers and maintaining beds
• Monitoring irrigation systems and reporting issues
• Removing debris and keeping outdoor spaces guest-ready
• Assisting with light exterior property maintenance as needed

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care practices
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Dependable and team oriented
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and operating heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license is preferred; certification in irrigation or horticulture is a plus
