About the Role:
Emanouil Brothers Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Landscape/Hardscape Construction Leads to oversee on-site crews for commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects. In this leadership position, you will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, skilled, and able to motivate their crew while following guidance from project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead landscape construction crews on commercial job sites
• Execute landscape and hardscape construction plans with accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow direction from Project Managers and ensure project milestones are met on schedule
• Maintain clear communication with crew members to maximize productivity and morale
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project specifications
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
• Manage materials efficiently and report shortages or issues promptly
• Complete project documentation and reports as required
• Foster a team culture emphasizing respect, quality, and accountability

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction; leadership experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead crews and deliver projects on time and with high quality
• Knowledge of landscape construction tools, techniques, and safety protocols
• Strong ability to read and follow plans and project layouts
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 10 Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Hoisting License preferred (negotiable depending on candidate)
• Valid driver’s license (must be insurable)
• No formal education required

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Weekend work may be required depending on project needs

• At commercial job sites within approximately 50 miles of our primary location
