Job Overview
Kuilima Estates West is an 18 acres and 200-unit residential community with many of the units used primarily for short term rentals.

 This position is to be performed at the Kuilima Estates West site at Turtle Bay.

 Full-time position, starting pay $20.75 with pay adjustment after 3 month probation

 Position reports to resident manager.

 Hours are 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

 Days off are Saturdays and Sundays

 Position requires interaction with owners, guests, contractors, etc.

 Compensation range is depending on experience/qualifications.

Responsibilities

Inspects overall property; grounds, sidewalks, landscaping, pools, gazebos, parking lots, etc.

 Operates power equipment like weedeater, hedger, pole saws, pruning tools and hand tools to efficiently mow grass, trim shrubs, remove dead plants, plant desired vegetation, etc.

 Occasionally operates power washer as needed.

 Learns water systems including sprinkler system and makes basic plumbing repairs or

coordinates repairs with licensed contractors

 Learns and assists with pest control

 Learns and assists with sport court maintenance, also includes swimming pool repairs and

adjustments

 Watch property and make safety suggestions as needed.

 Work closely with security and other maintenance and landscape workers.

Requirements

Strong grasp of English language

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.75 - $21.75 per hour
