Rocky Top Landscape is hiring Landscapers / Crew Members for the 2026 landscaping season.

We are a locally owned landscape company serving Summit County since 1999 and take pride in delivering high-quality work for homes and businesses throughout Breckenridge, Frisco, and Silverthorne. We are a small team that values reliability, craftsmanship, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn care and landscaping services including:
• Mowing, edging, and trimming
• Aeration and dethatching
• Weed control and lawn care treatments
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Assist with landscape installations such as mulch, plantings, and decorative rock
• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials for daily jobs
• Help keep company trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and maintained
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete jobs to high quality standards

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in mountain weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team

Pay & Position Details

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
• Opportunity for overtime during peak season
• Potential for winter snow removal work for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
