Landscaper

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, trimming trees, and shrubbery to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Use hand tools and power tools for planting, weeding, aerating, fertilizing, and other gardening tasks.
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and snow plows for construction projects or seasonal cleanup.
• Install and repair hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Conduct routine landscape inspections to identify maintenance needs or hazards and address them promptly.
• Assist with tree care including trimming, pruning, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor maintenance roles.
• Mechanical knowledge of various tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction.
• Familiarity with horticulture principles and garden management practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, snow plows, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, hardscape installation, and general landscape maintenance.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
