Landscaper/Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, cleanups, mulch and stone installation, seedings, etc. The Landscape Laborer will work with both hand tools and power tools to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, installing mulch, edging beds etc.
• Assist in tree care, including planting, pruning, and removing trees as needed.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Conduct regular groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing physical tasks.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and reporting any mechanical issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge for maintaining tools and equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work in landscaping projects.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills in gardening and landscape management.
