Landscaper/Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful and well-kept. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and weeding to keep properties looking pristine.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through regular care and upkeep.
• Execute tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees on the property.
• Operate various power tools and equipment safely, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Assist in groundskeeping tasks such as raking leaves, clearing debris, and maintaining pathways.
• Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining equipment effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks.
• A team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
