Within TEB, Large Corporate Credits Allocation Department is responsible for door-to-door credit allocation processes of large scale top-tier Turkish conglomerates across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in depth financial and business analyses for Large Corporate segment clients
Prepare credit allocation opinion based on credit proposals and comprehensive assessment reports prepared by dedicated credit analyst teams within Business Line
Attend Credit Committee meetings and present Credit Allocation opinion
Manage end-to-end credit allocation processes from initial assessment to final decision and post-approval monitoring
Collaborate with Business Line, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth credit execution and portfolio management
Prepare and present detailed credit memos and presentations to BNP Paribas counterparts
Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and propose appropriate risk mitigation measures
Contribute to process improvements, digital development projects and internal reporting enhancements
Participate actively in internal trainings sharing knowledge and supporting junior credit analysts
Conduct regular client and facility visits
- Both Manager and Assistant Manager positions will be reporting to Senior Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering
Minimum 5 years (for Manager) or 2 years (for Assistant Manager) of experience in corporate or commercial credit allocation / underwriting /monitoring
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Strong analytical and financial analysis skills; ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate risks & mitigants.
Presentation and communication skills as the position holder is expected to present credit files to senior management, Credit Committee members and international BNPP stakeholders
Ability to display both macro and micro based approaches in proactive style
Capability in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills and teamwork mindset across departments
Proficiency in MS Office programs and relevant financial analysis tools
