Duties

• Perform eyelash extensions, brow shaping, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Deliver advanced skincare procedures such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin), and esthetic laser treatments to meet client needs.
• Provide expert makeup application and nail care services to complete the beauty experience.
• Manage client consultations to recommend personalized treatments and retail products that suit individual goals.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and safety protocols.
• Utilize salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail transactions.
• Engage actively in social media management by showcasing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building our online community.
• Assist at the front desk with guest check-in/out, product demos, upselling services, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
• Support retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and conducting product demos to boost revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, tattooing techniques, straight razor grooming, and med spa advancements to provide innovative services.

Qualifications

• Valid license or certification in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Barbering or related fields; additional certifications in Botox/dermal fillers or laser treatments are a plus.
• Proven experience in eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling (including hair threading), nail care or related beauty services.
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos to enhance revenue streams.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining high standards of quality.
