Laundry Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the central laundry facility including washing, sterilization, drying, packaging, and distribution.
• Oversee operations comparable to central hospital laundries, handling large volumes of fabrics and linens.
• Enforce strict standards for infection control, sterilization, and quality assurance.
• Ensure full compliance with the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) requirements and international standards.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of advanced equipment (high-capacity washers, steam sterilizers, industrial dryers, and packaging lines).
• Manage a large, multinational workforce (supervisors, technicians, workers) and develop their operational competencies.
• Oversee operational resources and inventory of chemicals and packaging materials in line with the highest safety standards.
• Prepare accurate reports for senior management, including KPIs, performance levels, and compliance with schedules.
• Implement effective occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and comply with environmental requirements.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly to ensure sustainability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience managing central laundries, hospital laundries, or large-scale industrial operations.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, sterilization, and infection control.
• Proven experience in managing large, multicultural teams.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to perform under pressure in an airport operational environment with high attention to detail.

Demonstrated leadership with organizational skills and the ability to make decisive decisions quickly.
