A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LAUNDRY/HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

As a Laundry Staff/Housekeeping, you play a vital role in our community.

You will collect soiled laundry, lines and garments. Wash and dry laundry per instruction. Separate, fold and /or hang garments and deliver to respective areas. You take great care to enhance safety and sanitary conditions. You live up to the trust of those in your care by complying with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, maintaining knowledge of and following all company policies and procedures. Your WARM and FRIENDLY demeanor makes it easy for you to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors and your colleagues. You take pride in the difference you make in the lives of our residents and that makes you perfect for this housekeeper/laundry position!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LAUNDRY/HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

• Must have ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required. A willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works 8-hour shifts and every other weekend.
