A Law Firm Partner is a senior attorney responsible for legal practice, client development, and the overall business growth of the firm. The role combines high-level legal expertise with leadership, strategic decision-making, and financial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage legal matters in the partner’s practice area.
• Supervise and mentor associates, junior lawyers, and support staff.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate new business and expand the firm’s client base.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic, operational, and financial planning.
• Oversee profitability, performance, and service quality.
• Represent the firm professionally in meetings, negotiations, networking, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• Significant years of legal practice, typically with substantial experience before partnership.
• Strong track record in client management and business development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong legal judgment, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: QAR60.00 - QAR170.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
