Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. Your expertise in lawn care and groundskeeping will contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces for our clients. This position requires a passion for landscaping, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Duties

• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained lawns.
• Execute landscape maintenance activities such as pulling weeds, property clean up and bush trimmings to promote healthy growth.
• Engage in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing regular checks and cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely.
• Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
