Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Care Crew Members to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through various lawn care, landscaping, and maintenance tasks. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver exceptional results to our clients while gaining valuable experience in the green industry.

Duties

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and landscapes.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching.
• Use power tools and machinery like excavators or other construction equipment for site preparation or hardscape installation.
• Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or planting to promote healthy growth.
• Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, trimming hedges, and ensuring safety standards are met.
• Assist with snow plowing or removal during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe.

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of gardening practices, tree trimming techniques, and general maintenance procedures is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
