Turf Titans is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Lawn Care Crew Members. This position is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties through routine lawn maintenance, landscaping services, and property cleanups throughout the Tri-State area.

This is an outdoor, physically active position offering approximately 32+ hours per week, weather dependent. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, follow company standards, and contribute to a professional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Complete property cleanups and general grounds maintenance
• Assist with weed control and spraying applications
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Drive company vehicles and assist with trailer operation when needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and operational standards
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete jobs to company quality expectations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
• Zero-turn mower experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability and willingness to drive and maneuver trailers while working
• Clean driving record required
• Reliable transportation required
• Mandatory working cellphone required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate landscaping equipment regularly
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism required
• Ability to follow company protocols and instructions is mandatory

Additional Employment Requirements

• All new hires are subject to pre-employment drug testing
• Employees may also be subject to periodic drug testing during employment

Schedule

• Approximately 32+ hours per week
• Hours are weather dependent
• Seasonal overtime opportunities may be available
