Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to the highest standards.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Perform shrub and tree pruning.
• Weed flower beds and maintain a clean, debris-free environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and meets Tradition Lawns' quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation to our office on Pacetti Rd in St. Augustine.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• A strong commitment to safety and the well-being of your team.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $18, with opportunities for pay increases based on experience.
