Lawn Care Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lawn Care Foreman to lead a small lawn maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of our lawn mowing customers and ensure high-quality service and efficient workflow. Your leadership will inspire team members, coordinate projects, and uphold safety standards while maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes that exceed client expectations.

Duties

• Supervise and perform the work with a small crew.
• Lead lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, spring/fall clean ups to keep our customer properties vibrant and healthy
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques for lawn care, pruning, and safety procedures
• Inspect work sites daily to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules for all your lawn equipment, truck other tools to maximize efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn maintenance, with a strong understanding of lawn care techniques and efficiency
• Supervising experience leading teams in lawn care environments
• Knowledge of all nessesary tools and equipment you will be operating
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage your team effectively
• Familiarity with maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Need to have a minimum of 5 years experience as a lead position in lawncare
• Need to have a clean (insurable) license - no moving violations in past 3 years and no DUI in past 7/years

This is for a full time position with an average of 45-50 hours per week Monday - Friday (summer less in winter) - weekend only needed if we get behind on schedule due to weather etc.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
