Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy and visually appealing. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping, requiring both physical stamina and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth.
• Conduct tree care activities, including pruning and health assessments.
• Maintain landscape features by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
• Execute hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Utilize mechanical equipment for lawn care tasks; perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery.
• Monitor the health of plants and lawns, applying fertilizers or pest control as necessary.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and safe by adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and principles is advantageous.
• Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
