Lawn Care Specialist

Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality landscapes and possess expertise in lawn care techniques. This role involves working outdoors in various conditions to enhance the visual appeal and health of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming, to achieve a well-manicured appearance .
• Implement seasonal treatments such as aeration and over-seeding to promote optimal turf health.
• Conduct professional tree and shrub pruning to encourage growth, maintain structural integrity, and improve aesthetic appeal.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment, including mowers, hedge trimmers, aerators, and blowers.
• Assist with irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Assist in groundskeeping duties to maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of outdoor spaces.
• Build new landscape features as directed, contributing to the design and implementation of outdoor projects.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and groundskeeping practices is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy objects, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $15.58 - $16.47 per hour
