Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This role involves performing lawn maintenance services, operating landscaping equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Mow, edge, trim, and fertilize lawns

Apply weed and pest control treatments as needed

Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Perform seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and mulching

Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, sod installation, and small tree trimming

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally

Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not required

Ability to operate and maintain lawn equipment safely

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
