Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to customer lawns
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites (valid license required)
• Respond to service calls and offer lawn care advice
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Inspect equipment and vehicles daily for safety
• Complete service reports and vehicle logs accurately

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Must be able to obtain pesticide certification (we’ll help)
• Work hours may vary, M-F between 6am-5pm
• Some Saturdays required, based on business needs

Weed Man is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to help service our growing customer base. This is a full-time, outdoor position that involves applying weed control and fertilizer treatments, driving a company vehicle, and providing basic customer support.

No experience required—paid training and certification provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
