- P4P tracks the labor revenue (LR) that an employee brings in on a daily basis
- Team members earn a percentage of their labor revenue (varies by service)
- At the end of each pay period, this “percentage pay” is compared to their base pay, and the higher of the two amounts gets paid out
- The difference between percentage pay and base pay is “performance dollars”
- Pay period compensation cannot average less than an employee's base hourly rate

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional, positive experience to residential and commercial clients in our area. Moreover, we empower our employees and expect them to provide feedback that improves our business operations and customer service.

General job duties:

- Sharing information about our services with clients
- Recommending solutions to meet their needs
- Mowing and string trimming lawns
- Completing spring and fall yard cleanups
- Removing snow from our clients' properties
- Operating company vehicles and equipment
- Performing basic maintenance on our equipment
- Ensuring a safe work environment

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
