What You'll be Working On:

We are looking for independent people who enjoy working outdoors with customers and seeing the benefits of their good work over time. You will be driving a company vehicle to customers' properties in order to apply product applications that will beautify lawns while eliminating troublesome pests. We will teach you the proper methods and techniques to properly treat a lawn and identify common lawn problems. Once trained, you will also be able to diagnose and correct lawn problems through service visits and sell services to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for completing a daily schedule and all the forms and reports that are entailed.

Someone who loves working outdoors and interacting with customers on a daily basis. We want someone who is very independent and can make good decisions for our customers. Someone who wants to use the experiences and knowledge they learn to go on to management positions in our company. We also want someone who is reliable and trustworthy. You must be very proactive in completing the schedule that is assigned to you for the day. And when not being directly instructed, must be actively looking for other opportunities to improve both new and existing customer's properties through the use of our products and services. The work is very rewarding and great for a energetic independent person.

Skills / Requirements

- No Experience Required, But A Big Plus

- Valid Drivers License and Excellent Driving Record

- Ability to Pass A DOT Physical

- Ability To Approach Potential New Customers And Sell New Beneficial Services (With Commission)

- Ability To Pass Background Check And Drug Screen

- Apply Fertilizers And Pesticides To Lawns According To Label Instructions And Safety Procedures.

- Indiana State Chemist License a Plus

- Hours are M-F 7:30am - 5pm, Some Saturdays May Be Required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
