Responsibilities

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning trees and shrubs, and installing garden features.
• Use hand tools like shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to support planting projects and soil preparation.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or clogs and making minor repairs when necessary.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance including cleaning blades, checking fuel levels, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members on landscape projects involving hardscape installation such as patios or walkways.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and power tools used in outdoor maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, tree care, pruning, and gardening techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to operate small construction equipment such as excavators or other land-moving machinery is beneficial.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently in outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
