Lawn Care Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This position works under a Crew Leader to perform lawn maintenance and landscaping services. This is a full-time seasonal role during the spring, summer, and fall, with the opportunity to transition into snow removal work during the winter months.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, and bed maintenance
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely
• Follow directions from Crew Leader and work as part of a team
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must reside within 30 miles of the work location
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chauffeur’s license (preferred)
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
• Experience operating commercial equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Basic knowledge of lawn and property maintenance
• Snow removal experience is a plus
