GreenLine Lawn Co. is a growing DFW-based lawn care service connecting reliable independent contractors with residential customers across the metroplex. We handle all the marketing, scheduling, customer communication, and billing — you just show up, do great work, and get paid. We're expanding fast across Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Plano, Prosper, and surrounding areas and looking for dependable contractors to grow with us.

What This Opportunity Looks Like

This is a 1099 independent contractor position — not a traditional job. You set your own schedule, accept or decline jobs, and work as much or as little as you want. We bring you the customers. You bring the equipment and the work ethic.

You keep 40% of every job completed:

What this looks like in a real week (EXAMPLE - YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR MORE THAN THIS) :

• 10 weekly yards = $180
• 8 bi-weekly yards = $176
• 5 monthly yards = $150
• Mix of all three = $150–$250+ per week working part-time hours

As we grow your route, your weekly earnings grow with it. Contractors who perform well get first pick of new customers added to their area.

What You Need to Bring

• Reliable lawn mower in good working condition
• String trimmer / weed eater
• Edger (or edging attachment)
• Leaf blower for cleanup
• Reliable vehicle capable of hauling your equipment
• Smartphone for job updates, photos, and communication
• Ability to work independently and communicate proactively

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must own and maintain all equipment listed above
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites
• Must pass a basic background check (we cover the cost)
• Must be comfortable with 1099 / independent contractor status (you are responsible for your own taxes)
• Must be able to send a job-completion photo after every visit
• Prior lawn care experience preferred but not required — quality of work matters more than a resume

What We're Looking For in a Contractor

We're not looking for the most experienced person in the room. We're looking for someone who shows up when they say they will, does the job right, and communicates clearly. Those three things will take you further with us than anything else.
