Lawn Technician

Job Summary:

Green Lawn Design is hiring a Lawn Technician / Lawn Care Applicator to join our growing team in Hamilton County, Indiana. We are looking for a dependable, motivated person who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants a long-term career opportunity.

Applicants with an RT and/or 3b license are strongly encouraged to apply. We are also willing to train and sponsor the right candidate to earn an RT license, with a path toward 3b certification.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lawn care, landscaping, turf, or outdoor service experience who wants steady work, growth, and a supportive local company.

Responsibilities:

• Apply lawn care treatments safely and accurately
• Perform fertilization, weed control, and related applications
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment
• Follow application and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Complete required service records and documentation
• Work efficiently in outdoor weather conditions

Qualifications:

• RT and/or 3b license preferred
• Lawn care, landscaping, turf, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Willingness to train and obtain licensing
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work throughout the day

Preferred Experience:

• Lawn care applications
• Turf management
• Landscaping
• Route-based service work
• Pesticide or fertilizer application
