Job Title: Lawyer
Department: Litigation
Location: Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore kahna

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage land and property-related cases.
• Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition or disputes.
• Coordinate with external law firms, government departments, and authorities for case follow-ups.
• Maintain and update legal records, files, and case status reports.
• Provide legal advice on land ownership, title verification, and registration issues.
• Attend hearings, assist in litigation, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Support the Senior Manager Legal or Head of Land & Litigation in day-to-day matters.

Requirements:

• LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in land or property cases.
• Strong understanding of land records, and documentation procedures.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Female candidates only are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
