Associate position at expanding Hackensack solo firm focusing on probate, estate, and trust litigation. General litigation experience is great; estate-litigation experience is even better. Must have active NJ bar license in good standing. New admits welcome. Highly incentivized compensation package based on billable hours. Casual atmosphere.
