LCAS- Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals or groups using various therapeutic techniques.
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Utilize ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems for accurate data collection and billing purposes.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide behavior management strategies and support to clients dealing with challenging behaviors.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field or other qualification as a therapist or ability to become licensed.
- Valid state licensure as an LCAS or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience in conducting therapy sessions and utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems for accurate data collection and billing.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
