LCL Export - Inside Sales – Executive

We are hiring for LCL Export - Inside Sales – Executive for Freight Forwarding Industry

Location: Mumbai

Salary: 4.5 Lakhs per annum

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in a sales support, inside sales, or tele-calling role preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

* Conduct outbound tele-calls to engage potential and prospective customers.

* Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.

* Coordinate with the external sales team to support client acquisition and follow-ups.

* Track and update customer interactions in CRM or internal tracking systems.

* Handle basic sales inquiries and direct to the appropriate team members.

* Efficiently support the sales team in Business generation

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

* Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
