Lead AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Architect scalable ML pipelines for training, testing, and deploying models.
• Ensure model accuracy, reliability, and performance in production environments.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and research.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in ML engineering.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable AI deployments.
• Oversee model monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 6–10+ years of proven experience in AI/ML roles.
• Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and related frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
• Solid understanding of data engineering, feature engineering, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
• Experience in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and transformer-based architectures.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or advanced optimization techniques.
• Publications or contributions to AI/ML research communities.
• AI/ML certifications from leading platforms (Google, AWS, etc.).
