Position: Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist (Onsite Only)

Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 PKR (Based on experience & interview)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist to join our onsite team in Faisalabad. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will define, implement, and manage ASO strategies to increase app visibility, improve conversion rates, and drive high-quality user acquisition for our clients’ mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small ASO team to achieve company and client goals.
• Perform detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize app store elements such as titles, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and preview videos.
• Track and analyze KPIs including impressions, rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to integrate ASO best practices across the app lifecycle.
• Stay updated with ASO trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies to keep strategies effective and relevant.

What You’ll Bring

• This is an onsite position in Faisalabad (remote applicants will not be considered).
• 5+ years of proven experience in App Store Optimization.
• Strong understanding of ASO techniques: metadata optimization, keyword strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience with mobile ad monetization (AdMob, mediation platforms, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting app performance data and turning insights into actions.
• Ability to conduct competitor research and identify new ranking opportunities.
• Solid understanding of mobile user acquisition and app marketing fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
