Lead Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify Project Requirement by Reviewing Project specification, Design Schedule& Project BOQ
• Provide Solutions, Products, configuration proposals meet the customer’s application requirements
• Provide the required technical documents enabling the order to be released to the concern factory
• Optimize the selections with respect to the Standard to have better Value proposition
• Prepare of compliance statement and technical comparison and summary
• Verify and reviewing specifications and drawings
• Prepare orders & tenders for our factories to proceed
• Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization
• Provide advice to contractors and consultants on how the actual system really works
• Prepare Submittals and Quotations for the HVAC System and components (AHUs, FCUs, CRACs)
• Handle Projects in KSA, Yemen, Bahrain, Egypt &Lebanon
• Work on Compliance Sheets for Consultants. In charge of guiding, monitoring, and leading entire group.
• Motivate their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in HVAC system design or application engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in HVAC design and modeling software
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
