Lead Architect - Alchemy Architecture (AA)

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the status and progress of all assigned projects.

Participate in field surveys and site visits as required.

Assist in the development and translation of schematic designs into construction drawings, construction documents, and finishing schedules, under the supervision and review of the Senior Architect.

Stay informed and updated on all relevant MEP and structural documentation.

Coordinate efficiently with fellow Junior Architects working on the same project to ensure consistency and collaboration.

Maintain organized digital documentation and manage the archiving system for all assigned projects.

Provide concise and regular project status reports to the Senior Architect.

Support the Senior Architect and Project Manager in managing multiple project phases, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Prepare accurate minutes of meetings and ensure timely distribution.

Remain responsive and available to support project needs, including urgent tasks outside standard working hours when necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

10+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the profession.
