More than 6+ years of experience in Insurance industry and at least 4+ years of experience in Life, Health and Annuity.
Good business knowledge to understand the requirements
Experience in writing Test Scenarios and test plan, test strategies documentation
Executing test scripts, recording, reporting and reviewing the results
Experience in Insurance product is important to have.
analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
