Lead Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

• Lead and supervise bartending staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health standards including food handling procedures
• Train new team members on beverage preparation, POS operation, customer service techniques, and safety protocols

Skills

• Proven experience as a Lead Bartender or similar role in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell drinks and increase revenue opportunities
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Experience in food safety practices, food handling, catering, and retail math calculations
• Ability to manage cash handling accurately and perform basic math quickly under pressure
• Knowledge of brewing processes, beverage trends, and hospitality best practices
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment
