Lead Bartender

Job Summary
As our Bartender Lead, you’ll be more than just a bartender—you’ll be a shift leader for the front-of-house. You’ll oversee bar operations, support the full FOH team, handle guest concerns, and help run the floor when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bartending and is ready to step into management.

This role is part-time. Week nights and weekend availability required.

Starting $18 per hour + tips

• Lead and support bartenders and FOH staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with regulars
• Take ownership of guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Guide and support servers, hosts, and support staff—not just the bar team
• Learn and execute FOH closing procedures, including cash handling, reporting, and end-of-night responsibilities

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bar lead or FOH lead in a fast paced bar environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential (Must have food handlers certificate and RBS certification
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers
• Experience using Toast POS a plus
