Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cleanliness standards
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
- Assist with training new staff on beverage preparation, customer service techniques, POS operation, and food safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest interactions to enhance overall satisfaction
- Oversee catering events and banquet services when required, ensuring seamless service delivery in diverse settings
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and shift reports to support operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with fine dining or nightclub background preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus
- Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry trends is advantageous
