Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to lead our team in a vibrant and fun environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining an inviting bar atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. As well as keeping inventory and using our Clover POS System.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• MOST IMPORTANT - SMILE AND HAVE FUN!!!!

Requirements

• Knowledge of various cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour
