About the team:

FIS is looking to add an energetic, talented developer to our growing team. Profile is the FIS premier real-time, ultra scalable core banking system. Our team provides solutions for banking across international markets. We use industry-leading technologies, applications, and automation to deliver and support FIS IT technologies. We are into client deliveries include commitments for our existing production customers as well as customers where implementation is under way. The team is comprised of host developers, UI developers as well as Business Analysts who work closely in PROFILE implementations.

What you bring:

• Having Banking Industry Experience for 7+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Requires excellent understanding of organization’s business systems and industry requirements.
• Business Systems Analyst experienced in the definition and elaboration of user stories based on requirements provided by business stakeholders and product owners.
• At least basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.

What you will be doing:

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation.
• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
• Collect data to identify root cause of problems
