Company Description 

Ahya Technologies ( “Ahya” ) is a sector-defining company, providing AI-powered software for the net-zero era. Ahya works at the intersection of climate science, data, and AI to help enterprises measure, analyse, reduce and report their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and purchase carbon offsets with accuracy, transparency and economic growth. 


Role Description 

We are looking for an experienced business development leader to drive Ahya’s growth in the UAE. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who understand enterprise technology, climate policy and commercial growth to position Ahya as the partner of choice for enterprises and government stakeholders. 


What You’ll Do

  • Own Ahya’s go to market strategy, commercial sale, strategic partnership, delivery and regulatory alignments;
  • Lead enterprise sales and client engagements across AhyaOS and Tawazun;
  • Build relationships with key-decision makers across ministries, enterprises, regulators, and carbon market actors;
  • Report to senior leadership on pipeline growth, deal conversion, and revenue performance;
  • Monitor policy, regulatory, and market trends to anticipate risks and unlock opportunities;
  • Represent Ahya at climate-tech events, policy forums, and strategic initiatives;
  • Drive local team building and leadership, aligned with UAE Vision 2050.


What We’re Looking For

  • Based out of Dubai, UAE, with strong understanding of the sustainability regulatory landscape, and enterprise sustainability agenda.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred);
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise software (SaaS) sales , with a proven ability to close large and complex deals;
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and market influence;
  • Commercial acumen with comfort navigating both public and private sectors;
  • Strong network across government entities, large corporates, and strategic partners;
  • Proven track record in P&L management, GTM execution, and stakeholder engagement;
  • Ability to provide operational support , ensuring smooth execution of country-level strategy and delivery;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in a startup-like, fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
