About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Finance Officer to support business finance operations, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and business KPIs.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports.
• Support business decisions through accurate financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Identify variances, risks, and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant experience in business finance, financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial systems knowledge preferred.
