What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead - Cash Operations join our team at Finance and Enterprise Risk Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Manage banking relationships, including daily coordination,
• Support cash flow planning, cash pooling, and global liquidity visibility,
• Prepare global cash reports and consolidate group cash flow forecasts,
• Lead communication with subsidiaries on all cash management topics,
• Monitor and optimize bank fees and service performance,
• Manage specific daily payment operations (vendor payments, customs etc.) with full execution responsibility,
• Own and improve Letter of Credit (LC) and corporate credit card processes,
• Coordinate Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and other bank-driven cash solutions,
• Oversee bank account governance (signatories, openings, closings),
• Maintain strong controls and accurate documentation.

The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or professional qualification (CPA/CFA) is a strong plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance or related functions.
• Solid knowledge of cash management practices, liquidity tools, and banking products & regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, process mindset, and the ability to lead improvements in cash operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Track record of delivering high-quality and timely results.
• High emotional intelligence, with strong stakeholder awareness.
• Openness to diverse perspectives and an agile, solution-oriented mindset.
• Effective collaborator, able to articulate ideas clearly and foster alignment.
