Maintenance Lead

The purpose of the position is to take required actions to successfully implement IWS (Integrated Work System) structure at responsible production lines.

Position:

Maintenance Lead will be responsible for the following processes:

• Develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and capability.
• Define standards in order to eliminate losses.
• Attend DDS (Daily Direction Setting) Meetings.
• Coordinate all planned maintenance activities (MP&S) in production lines assigned to her/him in line with maintenance systematic.
• Sustain production performance of assigned production lines. Provide coaching to shopfloor crew of responsible lines in order to achieve production KPI's.
• Ensure proper utilization of production line inline with technical training documents, machine manuals and Environment Health & Safety guidelines
Provide close follow up of spare parts consumption in order to achieve spare parts KPI’s

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in production processes; maintenance experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data effectively.
• Advanced procifiency in English.
• Execellent command of MS Office applications.
• Team management experience is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
