Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Lead/Designer proficient with Kitchen and Bath Design to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through completion. As a Lead Sales Designer, you will play a critical role in generating new projects, managing lead inquiries, directing client consultations, developing design concepts, and collaborating with contractors and design professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Sales
- Identify and manage leads, perform timely follow-ups, and convert prospects into projects
- Conduct initial client consultations and develop compelling proposals, contracts and budgets
- Effectively communicate value and guide clients through the sales and design process
- Client Interaction & Consultations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design and remodel process
- Understand and translate client needs and desires into actionable designs
- Present and refine concepts and project pricing based on client feedback
- Design Development & Documentation
- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and interiors
- Produce concept drawings, space plans, elevations, and renderings
- Create and manage construction documentation using Chief Architect design platform
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with contractors, vendors, and the internal design team
- Ensure feasibility, constructability, and alignment with design vision and budget
- Oversee design implementation to ensure accuracy and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a design-build environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bathroom design standards, cabinetry, and interior detailing
- Proficient in Chief Architect, AutoCAD, and/or other design software
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales acumen with a persuasive, client-centered approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
